One of the best things to come out of the covid pandemic was that people realised they could get married in a different way. Something smaller, something focussed on just the things important to you, done in a way that completely reflects who you are as people.
I love these kinds of ceremonies, celebrations and adventures!
It could be just the two of you with a couple of legal witnesses (I’ll sign your marriage schedule if you need me to!) Or maybe you are inviting a few guests, but not having a traditional wedding with all of the razzmatazz that goes with it!
But you would still love to be able to relive it back and experience it again. And of course, because most of the people you know weren’t there, you might want to share it with them. So invite me along and I can capture the moments through photo and video to preserve the special occasion whatever you have planned and wherever you are planning to do it.
I have captured elopements and smaller weddings in locations from Town Hall’s in Leeds to beautiful hotels in the Lake District. So whether you are wanting to climb a mountain on the Isle of Skye or head to the local registry office I am a relaxed photographer and videographer who can capture it for you.
All of my work is based on natural moments, I want you to fully enjoy the moment without worrying about someone telling you to smile or pose in a certain way. I will capture things as they happen and if you want I will take some cool photos of you for the wall then I can make some epic looking portraits.

These smaller wedding celebrations are typically shorter so don’t require all day coverage, but there can be some complicated travel arrangements or logistics depending where your elopement is taking place. The package I offer can be customised based on your unique plans.
Alongside capturing photographs throughout the event, I film your ceremony in full as well as any speeches or toasts you may have, accompanied by a short creative story film. This could include a short interview like this example or some other form of narrative that helps to tell the story of your relationship.
