You have probably never planned a wedding before and therefore haven’t hired a photographer or videographer to capture it! All of this is new and you probably don’t know where to start.
Let me guide you through how to get the memories you want from your wedding while having a great experience!
This will depend on the format of your day and the plans you have made. I offer 3 types of coverage.
Most couples are looking for all day coverage, starting with preparations 2-3 hours before the ceremony, all the way through until well into the evening at least an hour after the first dance. This way you get the whole story of the day.
Everyones plans are different though, so for smaller, shorter days I offer a half day coverage or if you are planning an elopement or micro wedding I can provide a bespoke quote based on your unique requirements.
The current standard for delivering wedding photos is as digital images in an online gallery, I use Pic-time to deliver my images as I have found their gallery to be the nicest looking and easiest to use. Depending on the length of the coverage you can expect different numbers of edited images delivered, this will be several hundred.
The gallery has the option for you to order prints directly online at the click of a button, or you have the option for me to design for you a beautiful fine art album produced by Folio Albums. There is something so special about having tangible memories of your wedding to be able to touch and hold, YOU CAN READ MORE ABOUT ALBUMS HERE….
Shorter, creative highlight style films have become very popular in recent years for couples to be able to relive their day in something short, concise and impactive. A film full or emotion and personality that can be watched regularly. With experience I have found the best length for these films to be around 5 minutes, these are the films you see on this website – I call them a ‘Story Film’.
But there are so many memories captured at your wedding that I know you will want to experience and keep as a legacy. This is why I also offer the option of a longer feature documentary film which is a more traditional style of edit, but still has my creative touch, which makes it engaging to sit down and watch on those more special occasions when you have a little more Tim.
Many of us want to be able to share the excitement of our wedding in the days after it happened and don’t want to have to wait for the full photo gallery or films to be created. This is why I offer a small sneak peak photo gallery and/or a teaser trailer film for every wedding that will be delivered to the couple within 2 days of the event.
For couples who want even more content to share on social media I can offer a content creation add on package with a dedicated member of the team. This will give you a series of at least 5 short vertical video clips and a larger sneak peak gallery of at least 100 photographs ready for you to use in your online posts on Instagram or TikTok.
I believe in straightforward and transparent pricing, so below I have 3 main options to choose from – photo, video or both.

A longer form film of your wedding showing the day in full edited chronologically. This is typically 30-90 minutes in length but depending on the length of your ceremony/speeches could be shorter/longer.
Making use of all usable footage from your day you get to fully immerse yourself into all of aspects of your day, including the bits you didn’t even see happen! Presented as a long film featuring music and live audio captured throughout the day as well as montage sections to added music. Containing the ceremony and speeches in full, filmed from multiple angles with clear audio. It will also include parts of the day like the first dance or some of the entertainment etc.
The legacy / keepsake version of your wedding film that will grow in value over time.
Next Day Content Creation Collection
Next Day Social Media Content Creation Collection
Delivered within 48 hours of your wedding (typically the day after), so that you have instant memories to view, download and share on social media.
An edited video reel showing the highlights of your day (around 1 minute in length).
A mixed set of at least 50 still images and short individual video clips of the day.

Additional Storyteller
Additional Storyteller (Photographer / Videographer)
An additional photographer / videographer or hybrid shooter (depending on the service we are providing). This enables more of your day to be captured, from more angles to show you even more of the story. This is recommended for larger weddings and for couples who want as much coverage as possible, providing even more photos and or video footage from your day.
This may be important if you would like to capture both people getting ready before the ceremony and you are in different locations. It is also useful when there are multiple venues/locations so that we can provide a less interrupted coverage where the days logistics are challenging.

If you are having plans that require longer coverage than the standard 10 hours that are included you can add on additional coverage by the hour based on the number of hours you require.
This could be to cover an earlier start to capture cultural rituals earlier in the day, or if you would like specific elements of the evening celebrations capturing, such as special entertainment, fireworks or a late exit.
To add hours select this option to add to your quote and enter the number of hours as the quantity. Each hour is charged at this value to cover the extra time invested at your wedding as well as the additional time spent editing the files captured.

Display your photographs the way they were intended by printing them in one of our gorgeous, handmade and customised Fine Art Albums. A perfect keepsake to have from your wedding day.
Once you choose your favourite images in your online gallery we arrange a consultation with you to design and create your album that carefully tells the story of your day. The standard price above includes 10 spreads (20 pages) in your album, extra spreads, cover upgrades and other accessories can be purchased as extras.
Albums are supplied by a world renowned, local supplier – Folio Albums.
European Destination Wedding Supplement
Travel & Accommodation outside of the UK (Europe)
If your wedding is taking place outside of mainland UK there will be additional costs associated with capturing your wedding. This is charged at a standard rate of £500 per storyteller and covers flights, transfers and accommodation to be able to attend your wedding.
Depending on the timing of flights etc, it is likely that you will receive extra coverage the day before or after the wedding to capture additional content for your story as part of the price.
Pre-wedding / Engagement Shoot / Story Session

Do you like the idea of having the opportunity to meet up prior to the wedding day to take some photos or capture some video clips? Maybe a short interview, or some images of you doing something that you love.
This is great for making you feel more comfortable in front of the camera on the wedding day, for us to get to know each other better and for you to have some nice photographs to use for your wedding invitations or a signing board etc.
The price includes travel within 45 minutes of our studio in S75 and up to an hour and a half at a location. We typically suggest meeting at your venue or at a favourite location/somewhere meaningful to you, but we can also suggest locations if you like.
After the shoot we will send you a selection of images from the shoot (typically 50+ images) in an online gallery or/and some clips to add to your wedding story when we create it after the wedding day.
The reason I don’t list the prices on my website is a practical one, it is not intended to frustrate you.
I capture weddings all over the UK and abroad and I get enquiries for everyday of the week and all year around. There are times of the year, for example Saturdays in summer that I could book 10 times over, but a Wednesday in January is usually pretty quiet!
For this reason I may offer discounts if your wedding is local to me and is outside of peak season, because I would like to space my work out across the week and the year as much as I possibly can. This is the main reason for not displaying the price before I understand the nature of your enquiry.
Wedding photography and videography prices vary considerably and are unlikely to make sense to you, unless you work within the wedding industry or the visual art world – even then you might be left confused!
My prices are based on my experience, reliability and exceptional, individually focussed service. I invest a lot of time into each story I tell, not just on the wedding day, but preparing before hand and editing afterwards – the actually wedding day is the easier part!
My business is run in a sustainable way, so that I can guarantee that when your wedding day arrives I will be there to capture it because I charge enough to cover my costs, plan for unknowns and earn a salary from doing this that means I can live comfortably. This is not how every wedding supplier operates and this is something to consider when comparing prices.

After you enquire with us through our contact form, or email/call we will send you some more information and invite you to have a video/phone call consultation. We love to get to know people and give you the opportunity to ask any questions directly. You are welcome to visit us in person if you prefer.
The booking process is really simple and can all be done online through our client portal. When we send you a quote over you will be able to select the options you want from a list, and once you accept the quote you will be provided with an online contract to review and sign electronically. Following this there is a short form to complete collecting your contact information and following this an invoice for the 20% booking retainer will be generated. This can be paid via bank transfer or card payment, the process is then complete and we are officially your storytellers!
Your balance is usually due 2 weeks prior to the date of the wedding, unless you have requested an alternative arrangement with us. Before this date an invoice reminder will be sent via email and the final payment is preferred via bank transfer but card payments are also available.
It may feel like the prices you are quote seem expensive for providing a service on your wedding day. However, consider that we have invested tens of thousands of pounds into equipment, even more into education, and there are the ongoing costs of running a business.
Thats before we add in the time spent planning and consulting with you before your day and the days after the wedding it takes to edit your story into the finished product we send to you. Although we love what we do, we have to charge enough to run a sustainable business and have a reasonable standard of living.
Expensive weddings are a luxury and we are providing a luxury service – but we know how valuable our service will be to you in the future.
Before your wedding we will have sent you a questionnaire to find our a little more about you both and details about the wedding day timeline and the key people involved in your day, these questions are key to us creating your unique story. Then a week or two before the big day we arrange a video call to go through all the fine details and become acquainted with each other before we spend the day together!
