Perfect Outdoor Wedding Ceremony
Anna & Chris got married in the breathtaking Jervaulx Abbey, Ripon, North Yorkshire. After a nice relaxing morning getting ready with their family friends the couple said their ‘I do’s (for the second time) in a warm, sunny outdoor wedding ceremony in the heart of the Abbey.
A Family Affair
The afternoon was spent with an outdoor drinks reception accompanied by amazing music from the awesome New York Brass Band who later led the guests down to the marquee where a banquet was served by the Hog and Apple caterers. After the meal there were some cracking speeches followed by the most amazing sweet table for desert – created by the fantastic ‘Where the Ribbon Ends’ – Anna’s family business.

Then it was time to cut the cake before a stunning evening portrait session in absolutely perfect light through the grounds of the abbey, before a confetti filled first dance, DJ set and performance from the amazing Mark and Abbi band.

Not only are Anna & Chris such a warm and fun couple to be with, but the fact that the Abbey is part of Anna’s family home and means so much as a location to them made this even more special. We feel so privileged to have been asked to be a part of your day and create this wedding film for you.
